OtterBox Capitalizes on iPhone 4 ‘Antenna Issue’

Posted on July 20, 2010 by

OtterBox is taking advantage of the media’s overblown and exaggerated iPhone 4 “antenna issue.” They just unveiled their iPhone 4 Defender Series case, which they say has been “officially NAC tested to address the loss in signal strength.”  They claim that “no loss of signal strength occurs when using the iPhone 4 in a Defender Series case.”

I doubt anyone will actually be getting this case to help with signal strength, because anyone with an iPhone 4 knows it’s a nonissue, but this is a great case for anyone who plans on dropping or throwing their phone on a hard surface.
