Wi-Fi Sync 2.0 Beta Now Available for iPhone

Posted on February 6, 2011 by

Wi-Fi Sync allows you to sync your jailbroken iPhone over a Wi-Fi network without connecting to iTunes with a USB cable. A public beta of Wi-Fi Sync 2.0 was released for those who have already purchased Wi-Fi Sync from Cydia. Once you own a copy, add the repo “http://dl.wifisyncapp.com/apt” to your Cydia sources and you will then be able to install the beta. The desktop client for the beta is available here.

One great feature about this new version is Bonjour auto-discovery. The iPhone app will find your computer over your home network, making the setup process simple. The Bonjour integration also supports Bluetooth connections.
