Apple Now Using Faster Samsung SSDs in MacBook Air

Apple has started using Samsung SSDs in the latest MacBook Air models. According to AnandTech, the new SSD has a model name of SM128C while the previous Toshiba model is TS128C. The new SM128C models have a noticeable performance boost, with up to 261MB/s read and 210MB/s write speeds. The TS128C only offers speeds up to 210MB/s read and 176MB/s write.
