Steve Jobs Mentioned in State of the Union Address

Steve Jobs’ widow, Laurene Powell Jobs, was seated in the First Lady’s box as President Obama’s personal guest at last night’s State of the Union address. Obama mentioned Apple’s co-founder during his speech saying:

…we should support everyone who’s willing to work; and every risk-tasker and entrepreneur who aspires to become the next Steve Jobs.

I thought it was a nice tribute to the most powerful businessman, innovator and icon the United States and world has ever seen. We may not ever see another entrepreneur quite like Steve Jobs, but we should all try to learn from his success.
