Apple Unveils New Window Coverings at Forthcoming Amsterdam Store (Video)

Apple’s forthcoming Amsterdam retail store will be the company’s first in the Netherlands. Development has been slowed by historic preservation issues, but according to the new orange window coverings, the store will be “opening soon”.

    The latest rumor for the opening date is this coming Saturday, Feb 18th.

    I was there last night, and the windows were still covered.  There were sounds of all sorts of activity coming from inside, but peeks through gaps in the orange plastic were thwarted by heavy black drapes hanging on the inside.
