New MacBook Pro Possible Spec Sheet Leaked, Retina Display, USB 3 and More

An image of what is said to be the spec sheet for a new 15 inch MacBook Pro has surfaced. The device will be redesigned and much thinner, almost as thin as the MacBook Air. The spec sheet does not include an optical drive, which would confirm the rumors that Apple is abandoning support for this outdated technology.

It will feature a 2560×1600 Retina display and 16GB of RAM. It will also have USB 3.0, which hasn’t been on previous Mac models.

The image is from Matthew Panzarino, and has not been confirmed as being real. But it does go along with many of the rumors we’ve been hearing for a while now. Many people are saying Apple will announce the new MacBook Pro next week, along with updated iMacs, Mac Pros and MacBook Airs.
