Facebook Photo Zoom is a Must-Have Safari Extension

Facebook Photo Zoom is an awesome Safari extension that lets you enlarge an an image in Facebook by just hovering over it.  It works for pictures in albums, the news feed and profile pictures.  Facebook Photo Zoom saves a lot of time by not having to load a new page just to see the full size image.  I highly recommend this extension to anyone who uses Facebook.

Better Facebook Extension Improves Facebook Experience

Better Facebook is a Safari extension that improves your Facebook experience by letting you customize your news feed with advanced filters that can hide posts you’ve read, alert you of new comments and filter out dumb games you don’t care about.  But one of the coolest features of Better Facebook is that it lets you know which jerk unfriended you.

There are tons of settings and it might take some time to get it just right, but I would definitely recommend trying it out.  Better Facebook is available from their website at betterfacebook.net or Apple’s Safari Extensions Gallery at extensions.apple.com.

Exposer Extension is Exposè for Safari Tabs

One of the cool new Safari 5 extensions released today is Exposer.  Exposer gives you a preview of the content on your open Safari tabs, so you can easily and quickly find the tab with the website you’re looking for.  I’ve been testing it out and so far it works great.  Check it out on Apple’s Safari Extension Gallery at extensions.apple.com.

Apple Publishes Safari Extensions Gallery

Apple has published the Safari Extensions Gallery.  There are many extensions available, including Twitter, New York Times Updates and My eBay Manager just to name a few.  Check out the gallery at extensions.apple.com and let us know what your favorite extensions are.

To enable extensions, you first need to run Software Update and get the latest version of Safari, 5.0.1.
