According to iDealsChina, the above picture is an engineering diagram used by case designers to created cases for the iPhone 5. The drawing would confirm that the iPhone 5 will have either a slightly larger display or a slightly smaller form factor than the iPhone 4. But it’s impossible to know without any kind of measurements.

If this is true, it would contradict reports of a more iPad-like iPhone 5 design with an aluminum back.
