According to alleged part listings from Griffin and Belkin, Apple’s next iPad could be named iPad HD instead of iPad 3. I doubt Apple has revealed the name to accessory manufacturers yet, so I wouldn’t put too much trust in it. The next-generation iPad is expected to feature a high-resolution “Retina” display, so that would explain why these companies are using the iPad HD name. But we will know for sure in less than a week.
